Care services and rates for our Indio board and care home
Monthly pricing has three parts: room, care tier, and optional extras.
Final rates follow pre-admission appraisal (LIC 603) and Needs & Services Plan (LIC 625).
Base monthly rates are set by room choice and include Tier 1 Basic Services. Care tiers and optional extras, when assessed or selected, sit on top of the room rate, never as surprises after move-in.
Starting at $5,000/mo
A private bedroom of their own when they are not enjoying our common areas. Residents in Standard rooms share a bathroom, with thoughtful accommodations when incontinence support is part of the care plan. A calm, personal space that still keeps them close to the life of the home.
Starting at $7,000/mo
More room to settle in, with a larger bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Ideal when a resident wants the privacy of their own bath without stepping up to our largest suite.
Starting at $8,000/mo
Our extra-large ensuite suite, with a king-size bed, seating for relaxation and visitors, a large closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Availability also depends on fire clearance and licensed capacity.

Care needs are assessed before admission and reviewed as life changes. You are placed in one tier; higher tiers include everything in the tiers below. Incontinence staff labor is not part of the base room rate. It begins at Tier 2 for daytime awake hours only.

What every resident receives:
A trained caregiver is on premises day (awake) and night (call button), ready to respond when help is needed and keep the home safe and secure.
We watch for changes in condition, mood, and engagement, and notify family and the physician when something needs attention.
Three nutritious meals daily plus snacks, with special diets when a physician prescribes them.
Assistance accessing supportive community services (voter registration, senior advocacy, veterans’ benefits, and similar resources).
We arrange third-party transportation when requested; the resident pays the provider’s charges directly. Escort time, when needed, is an optional extra.
A planned activity program and connections to community resources that help residents stay engaged.
Respectful help with dressing, eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, and mobility, promoting dignity and as much independence as each day allows.
Hygiene of general-use areas, personal laundry, linens, room cleaning, and suitable furniture, so the home stays clean and welcoming.
Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications per physician instructions.
Bedside care and tray service for minor temporary illness or recovery from surgery, when appropriate for a residential care setting.
Tier 1 does not include dedicated incontinence staff labor. When that support is needed during daytime awake hours, it is assessed under Tier 2.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
Staff assistance with bladder and/or bowel incontinence during daytime awake hours only.
Toileting and reminders, changes upon request, perineal care, and related laundry.
Incontinence products are self-managed by the family, available a la carte at $250/mo, or included in All-Inclusive Care.

Includes everything in Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus substantial, frequent physical help during daytime awake hours for residents who are not bedridden:
Hands-on assistance with transfers during daytime awake hours.
Extensive or total spoon-feeding when needed.
Setup and steadying for grooming and dressing.
One-on-one ambulation accompaniment inside the home.
$2,000/mo
Includes everything in Tiers 1–3, plus extensive support when any one of the following applies. Occasional overnight help (call button) stays in Tier 1; this tier is for a sustained pattern of need, not for every nighttime assist.
Extensive transfer, turning, or positioning when bedridden status applies.
Continuous wandering or exit-seeking supervision when assessed.
Regular overnight assistance needed.
Choose a la carte or All-Inclusive Care. Pick the path that fits how your family prefers to manage pharmacy, products, escort, and daytime behavioral support.
Buy only what you need
Daytime prompting and mild behavioral or social support when a resident needs help following house routines or settling agitation that could affect others’ comfort (not a specialty behavioral-health program).
Or the family supplies them, or choose All-Inclusive, which includes products. Charges may apply if supplies run out when self-managed. Staff labor for daytime incontinence care is a Care tier, not this line item.
Who orders and delivers medications (not a self-medicate path). Assistance with taking meds per physician instructions still applies under Tier 1.
Staff escort for appointments or outings, scheduled through the Administrator. Extra trips beyond All-Inclusive allowances bill hourly. The hourly rate includes a staff-driven ride within 10 miles, up to 4 times a month, weekdays 10AM to 4PM, when our vehicle is available. Arranging third-party transport remains part of base services.
